For a business to grow, there should be continuous enquiries. Those enquiries should come from two places: new enquiries and enquiries from old customers.
How does an enquiry come from an old customer? We should constantly educate them about our products in this industry. The ideal frequency for this is at least once a month.
How does an enquiry come from a new client? Only if we bring our brand to their attention through various marketing activities will they give us an enquiry. Is it easy? It is a little difficult, and you have to spend a lot.
We have taken a new initiative to meet both of these. The name of the initiative is TNBDH. Through this initiative, we have built a video marketing strategy to bring enquiries from existing clients, and we have built our own community to attract new clients.
There are more than 1300 members in our community, out of which 1100 are representatives of many big companies in Tamil Nadu. Through this process, they get a solid benchmark. Similarly, proper and consistent enquiries are being built for MSME owners.
