There is a general doctor and there is a specialist. Who gets paid more? Obviously, the specialist. When you position yourself as a specialist, you compete with fewer players — and that’s exactly where premium pricing becomes possible.

Step 5: Build Your Own Unique Advantage
Your unique advantage could be related to costing, target audience, geography, or any other factor that your competitor cannot replicate. By doing this, you isolate yourself from the competition.
