They asked us to arrange a day trip for them. The objective was, can we improve the team coordination in that one-day trip? That’s what they asked. So, we planned accordingly.
We picked them up from their office at 7. We went straight to the resort. They gave their employees 2 hours of training.
After that, we started our team-building activities at 11–11.30. To improve the team coordination, we gave them 3 activities and kept them engaged for 3 hours. Through this process, the team coordination, their trust, and their bond improved. Everyone enjoyed the 3-hour session.
